The capacities for mechanical processing have been further expanded at BKT: A high-precision eroding system from MITSUBISHI is now in use.
In order to be able to realize individual customer requests even more flexibly, the toolmaking division was expanded this month. A new MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC / Robot Compact 80 eroding system went into operation.
The set-up times for the new wire EDM system are extremely short. The eroding technology works extremely reliably and process-stable. For example, initial sample profiles in series quality can be realized for practical tests within a very short time.
