New MITSUBISHI MV2400R wire EDM improves surface quality, reduces part costs and increases productivity.
We have equipped our toolmaking department with a new Mitsubishi Electric MV2400R wire EDM machine. The investment of around €250,000 strengthens the continued development of this business area and improves both cost efficiency and productivity.
The MV2400R enables more precise EDM processes and significantly improves surface quality. At the same time, material costs per part are reduced through more efficient machining strategies, more stable processes and lower process losses. In short: lower operating costs and higher productivity — that fits — that is what we like.
Another advantage: The Intelligent AT automation function enables unmanned night shifts. This allows machine running times to be used more efficiently without additional staffing requirements.
