With the commissioning of our new photovoltaic system with a total output of 500 kWp, BKT is making a purposeful investment in resource-saving energy supply. In future, a large proportion of the electricity required will be generated directly on site.
Long-term reliable production planning
The use of green electricity from our own production strengthens our independence from external energy suppliers and unpredictable electricity price changes. Especially in an energy-intensive production environment such as plastic injection molding, a stable and predictable energy supply is a decisive factor for economic efficiency and security of supply. The photovoltaic system makes an important contribution to long-term reliable production and stable cost planning. In addition, three 22 kW vehicle charging stations are now available.
