Building envelope is visually refurbished and modernised – with a technical inspection carried out in parallel.
The facade of our company building is being visually refurbished and modernised. The reason is corrosion-related rust marks that have developed over time. This does not meet our standards. We not only want to work in a technically clean way, but also present a well-maintained appearance to the outside. That is why the visual upgrade of the building envelope is clearly the focus of these measures.
In parallel with the renovation, a technical inspection of the facade is carried out. This includes checking potential weak points – in particular regarding water ingress, damaged sealing systems, the parapet capping and ventilation shafts. Possible corrosion on fastening elements is also inspected.
The result will be a visually modernised and technically verified building envelope – clean, clear and in perfect condition.
